Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel your membership at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing support@maryamslist.com. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then continues on the free plan — nothing is deleted.
14-day refund guarantee
If you are not happy with Premium, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly membership and the founding member payment.
After 14 days
Monthly renewals are not refundable once charged, because the membership is used month to month — but you can cancel before the next renewal date and you will not be charged again. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email support@maryamslist.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
