Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership is not open yet
No one is being charged today. This page explains how cancelling and refunds will work once the monthly family membership opens.
Cancelling
You will be able to cancel at any time from Account, or by emailing support@maryamslist.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your family continues on the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
14-day refund guarantee
If you are not happy with your membership, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
After 14 days
Monthly renewals are not refundable once charged, but you can cancel before the next renewal and you will not be charged again. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email support@maryamslist.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
